We got great value for our money at Las Alamedas. The room was cozy and quiet, and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main sites. The staff, particularly Javier, were super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We stayed at Las Alamedas for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. Javier, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even rescuing us when we got lost in the tunnels. The top king size room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and delicious street food nearby. The owner's quick response to our questions and the good internet service were also a plus. We highly recommend staying here for a quiet and convenient experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

The bed at Las Alamedas was like sleeping on a cloud. It was hands down the softest and most comfortable bed I have ever experienced. Check-in was a breeze, with personalized messages and clear instructions from the hotel staff. They even arranged for a housekeeper to meet us at the property. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

The hotel's central location was away from the beautiful historical city center of Guanajuato. I randomly popped into Antik Cafe, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property, and it was nice.

Our stay at Las Alamedas was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredibly cozy and had a beautiful spirit that showcased the essence of the city. The location was perfect, as we were already in the charming old town and close to many other attractions. The room itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries and a comfortable blanket. The check-out process was effortless, just leaving the keys on the table in the room.
One small drawback was that we were not informed about the kitchenette and filtered water in the basement until we were storing our bags after check-out. It would have been helpful to know about these amenities beforehand.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover a small kitchenette and filtered water in the basement, which was not mentioned to us beforehand. It was a helpful amenity for storing our bags after check out. The room itself was absolutely lovely, with beautiful style and finishes. It was spacious and had a table, sofas, and a comfortable bed. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the center but on a quiet road. The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags for a few hours after check out. this was a pretty luxurious stay for the price point.
I would have liked a tea/coffee facility in the room, as there was plenty of space for it. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low.
